All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking or 72 hrs prior to requested date to secure your order. No orders will be started without full payment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the pickup/delivery date. Cancellations made 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. No refunds for last-minute cancellations.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders on time. Rae’s Cakes is not liable for cakes left uncollected past the agreed pickup time. If delivery is available, details must be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Cake Handling & Storage
Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept refrigerated if necessary. Rae’s Cakes is not responsible for damage due to improper handling after pickup/delivery.
Design & Ingredients
While we strive to meet all design requests, slight variations may occur. Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, etc.). Please notify us of any allergies before placing an order.
Refunds & Liability
Once a cake has been picked up/delivered and accepted, refunds or exchanges are not available. Rae’s Cakes is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup/delivery due to transport, handling, or storage conditions.
Late Payments & Order Forfeiture
Orders not paid in full by the due date will be canceled. No cakes will be made without full prepayment.
